Private/public partnerships like the Advanced Manufacturing Workforce Development Coalition (AMWDC) and the Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Kentucky Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) focus on filling gaps in workforce development and connecting middle and high school students to modern industry and non-traditional students and working adults to higher-wage jobs.
