Director, Business Retention & Expansion

Jennifer Panepinto is the Director of Business Retention and Expansion for Northern Kentucky Tri-ED. In her role, Jennifer focuses on maintaining existing primary industry relationships while working alongside the business development team, which is focused on attracting new talent and jobs into Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Northern Kentucky.

Prior to joining Northern Kentucky Tri-ED, Jennifer was the Marketing Communications Director at Bonfiglioli USA, a global manufacturer of gearmotors, drive systems and planetary gearboxes. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in B2B and non-profit marketing.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Econometrics and a minor in Statistics. She is also conversant in Italian.

Jennifer loves to run and to explore new places and areas while on a run. She has participated in the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati, and in races in Lexington, Nashville and Bologna, Italy. While living in Italy, she ran in every town she visited in Europe including Lisbon, Munich, Frankfort, Hannover, Paris and more, and even started a running group in Bologna, where she lived. Locally, her favorite runs are back and forth over the bridges between Kentucky and Cincinnati, especially the Suspension Bridge and Purple People Bridge.

Her favorite places in Northern KY are the City of Bellevue, for its quaint shops and a favorite restaurant, the Elusive Cow, as well as Mansion Hill Tavern in Newport for great music, and anywhere you can find great views of the Cincinnati and Northern KY skylines.
