Dan joined Northern Kentucky Tri-ED in 1990 and now leads a team of ten, all in the pursuit of improving Northern Kentucky by attracting, starting and expanding primary industry projects for Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties.

Northern Kentucky Tri-ED, the first regional economic development organization in Kentucky, works on advanced manufacturing, office and headquarter projects, data centers and informatics projects.

Dan holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a Juris Doctor degree from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and he designated as a Certified Economic Developer by the International Economic Development Council.

Dan is a native of Northern Kentucky and lives in Hebron with his wife Wendy and five of their seven children – with two older sons serving in the U.S. Military – one in the Air Force as a Pilot and the other in the Army, as a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Dan's favorite place in NKY is Boone Cliffs, which offers 2.4 miles of moderate to difficult hiking trails and natural scenery.
